    Do what I do: Use psychological torture. What they want is simply make you mad, and that's not what I become with them. When they come and scream "F U" I simply answer "Thanks ! You too. ".

    Add some smileys, a bit of humour, and they'll leave all angry.

    Default MOD's = PATHETIC.

    Ok, so i messaged a MOD because for the past 15 mins somone has been trying to get onto my account.

    I asked for a safety ban but Ok they don't give them that is fine.

    I ask what will happen if i lose all my furni. 'You will have to contact play support' they reply.

    I told them all player support do is tell you to go away, and not get hacked (Yeh great help, when i havent even went in a site, added any msn's, went on any sites or downloaded something..)

    They say 'Well i cant help you then can i?'

    They aren't useless.. they just can't help you. It's not a mod who helps people being hacked..

    Well who does, player support dont..

    I dont see how it works.

    They seem to NEVER reply to thiongs that ARE relevant to there job, like someone calling me a **** - YET they ALWAYS reply to things that are supposedly not relavent..

    They're looking after 8,000+ people at any time at peak times, im sure that Just one person wont bother them!

    Call for help. When i do they usually threaten to ban me unless i have an emergency the next time i call.

    Sometimes PS Staff are away, so it takes longer. MODs don't deal with hackings :]

    MODs don't issue safety bans anymore.

    If you feel that your furniture is in danger, transfer it to another account. MODs have much high priority calls to deal with.
