Ok, i have two questions atm

1. I know on FSX there are airport viechles, but i've seen on peoples screenshots like LSG skychefs or w/e, and like yellow jeeps at edge of runways on taxiway and the dispatcher standing at front landing gear, how do i get this, on FSX?
2. How to people get angles like in front of engine etc, is there a programme, if so could someone PM me thread on WoS or something

Its a replay and FS doesnt show things like Flaps, spoilers etc during the replay
