How will it work if its not a forum?

As I said before, I am not too fussed if the project works out, or even starts development - it was purely and idea to use up a domain I have laying around. Also, I am sure if people's mothers did catch them, they could explain and show them? I don't personally let my mum into my computer room without me there.

There would be a point system in place, with different groups for users. Would maybe introduce an award system, allowing people to post an award for a good rant/reply.
