Yeap definatly GD. There are not many other ways of manipulating images to this extent of overlaying the watermark.

Wow, Tehupload is rubbish. You bring a new feature out and delete all the passed images? Pretty poor to be honest and another them themm images in your post won't display, and there hosted with Tehupload. That's why i won't use it.

My image host is closed and will be for a few more month as we are bring in a feature like you have but you cant still view your images.
