A company has to have a valid reason to fire an employee otherwise they can get taken to court over it.

From what he posted, that sounds about right. Just post the damn URL (or at least a name) of this company. If you're as good of a developer as you say you are, your boss nor company will care.

tbh I don't even think he works for a company, he's denying to give proof (links, a name etc.) and he hasn't really shown that he's very good with PHP.
