    hey.
    i used to be with ntl, before virgin took over, and i still have their old router, i've been put onto 2mb package, but my net is still a bit slow, could the old router be causing this? I have it connected to a decent philips wireless

    Yeah I already explained when I upgraded to V+ and 20mb broadband, we got a new modem and the guy told us the new modem is better and faster then the old ones.
