Do I say I can design though? LOL I don't design, I can just do it to a reasonable standard but this is your trade and in all honesty you suck. If I really wanted to rub it in I'd tell everyone my wage, my ownerships and my new lifestyle but I haven't. Please, tell me and i'll compare mine to yours on this months pay cheque.

Why on earth would I publically post my wage? First of all it's a security risk and secondly I'd get flamed even more for it

All I've said is stuff to do with Youmeo but people stir things up and get themselves and others all confused.

Wait till you achieve something, same will happen to you trust me

£16,000 or something was his salary when he first told me on msn after he first went to youmeo.

Which is pretty crap, if I stick to my tech work I will be on £45,000 and I get free access to reading fest, O2 wireless and other places where we do the lighting at. Ownership wise Greg, it may not be looking good at all because the matter of the fact is people HATE youmeo because they hate you. End of story.

Also: You may want to close some of the open ports on some of your youmeo boxes, some are open for no reason. (FTP backdoors screaming to be opened).

AND don't threaten to take me to court.... again for telling people the problems with youmeo. Its public knowledge if the site they are using is insecure. Also if anypne fancies 'donating' their server for a syn packet DDoS... it could happen ^_^ though that would be illegal and nothing todo with me. But I would love you forever for doing so.

He hasn't ever had £125,000 in his possession.

So now he's resorting to telling porky pies to make his life seem better. If he was really earning that money and investing that sort of money into businesses he wouldn't want to even be seen here as it makes him loose all credibility as a business person.

    *claps*

£16,000 is an excellent salary for a 16/17 year old in the technology business baring in mind he will have a seperate income for the projects that he will do on the side. Greg is an excellent designer and coder and you all know that due to projects he has done, most notably myBOBBA which wasn't a success due to swindont but even still the site was excellent.

If anything I can sense jealously of Greg's success throughout this thread and whether Greg thinks it's going to be a failure or not you should take his comments on board and accept the criticism because after all, if everyone liked everything then the world would be very boring.

Greg is right though, it will most probably be a failure although you can't see that because you're hoping it won't. There isn't a hole in the market for a web development site and there won't be unless you offer something unique, which you're not - you're offering a forum which anybody could do.

Sure I wish you good luck with the project and I'd like to see it successful but don't get too far up your own ***** because to be honest, that's what it's like in here because everyone thinks they're better than everyone else when it's jealously seeping through.

    On that note, good luck

People seem to be extremly narrow minded on these forums, such as yourself. We have never said we want this forum to become the next big thing... we are getting exactly what we aim to get out of it: learning. Already in this project I have started discussing ways of design with josh, caleb has been teaching me alot of php and were all better off for it. We enjoy working as a group and at the end of the day even if its just us 5 left on the forum, we'll still be more than happy to discuss our projects there etc... just because you won't get the flamewar which consistantly happens on "Habbo Forums".

Also you seem to confuse Jealousy with just disliking that person, most people disliked Greg before he got somewhere, before he was at youmeo, when he was asking me for money to buy domains... which I hope he makes something with wicture as who he is working with deserves something out of it. Jealousy would be us wanting to be him, I personally wouldn't want to be a place I didn't know, with a team of people who's personallities I would clash with. I personally dislike greg because of his ego, before his Ego he was a great guy who you could to talk anything about...
