Eww at the Skype icon, I say using that font affect more than once is a terrible idea.

I agree with the gradient comment which Plux made, wayyy too many gradients. It might be due to the overusage of the grey color, but I do like the red box to the top right... That looks really nice. I'd say, go back and moderate the use of gradients in your layouts. It's wayyyy overused.
