Crunches, and if you're ever hungry snack on fruit & nuts.
That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.

Crunches? To burn calories? Ye you can try that.

I suggest seomthing like cycling, running or just going to the gym more often...

Griminal suggested fruit which would be the obvious one, nuts are good aslong as they are not salted... some brazil nuts . Try eating a balanced diet rather than eating less.

Instead of decreasing the amount of food you should eat a balanced diet and increase the amount of cardio-vascular (excercise).

    Hope I helped.

Don't skip breakfast, have something low sugar, e.g; weatabix, bran flakes ect... (with sliced fruit, strawberries ect...)

Lunch I would probably suggest pasta (Tuna, tomato), maybe a apple or banana whatever you fancy and water obviously.

I'm a meat a two veg guy, that would consist of I bit of chicken/salmon/pork ect... and two veg of your choice.

If you ever do feel peckish, eat nuts(unsalted)/fruit.

    Never miss breakfast.
Avoid crisps and chcoclate only eat them as a treat maybe once a week.
Avoid drinking too much milk as been at the age of 15-18 milk is less good and the fat of the milk is not needed.
Avoid eating lots of bread, if you do eat bread eat brown bread.

Don't know where you got that from, because drinking milk is something EVERYONE must do. You need calcium, and since milk is so high in that, well, work it out. You may not need to drink pints of it, but 2-3 glasses a day is okay.

Exercise is important to burn calories and keep up your metabolism so then your metabolism is faster in the long run and it'll be much easier to burn calories. If you're into muscle gaining, weight lift. Go to a local gym, sign up, and lift weights. If you're just more into burning fat, then I'd go with running, or even just a stroll around, swimming is good as that works on most of the body area, so is cycling. The gym is good for all of this. So, if you're at the right age (you have to be 16+ to go to the gym around here) then sign up and use the treadmill or the running bike, whatever floats your boat.

Food is also important too. You need to keep a balanced life style. I say life style because if you want to keep the weight off, then you can't go back to your old eating habits. You need to stick to a plan. I'm not saying you can't ever have junk food again, or fast food, you can, just not so much, maybe for a treat, but don't make it frequent. Screw calorie counting, that's what leads to obsessions. Just have healthy meals, not junk or fry ups. If you feel hungry or peckish, why not try something different? Something you've never had before, or rarely have? Invent something of your own, but be sure it's something healthy. Maybe make yourself a fruit smoothie? They're delicious. And have fruits as a snack. Or just a bowl of salad, y'no? It can be quite filling, from my experience.

    Hope this has helped.
