Its just wasting time on things we dont need. Habbox already has major issues with bullying already specailly in the spam and web design area, i think you should sort them out before giving users more chances to attack others

People care more when a legendary member gets banned, staff mean very little You hear about members getting banned and the whole forum goes crazy, but when a staff member is banned (which is quite rare, they're normally just fired), no one really cares as much
