Which is best way to get fletching up the quickest?

I have 65 fletch, 76 woodcutting.

I want to get 70 fletch.

Would i be better of cutting 2,135 yews and fletching them to short yew long bows.

Or cut 4,900 maples and fletch maple long bows

Or cut 6,900 willows and fletch willow long bows

Or should i buy maples/willows? But then again i want to get higher WC.

lol sorry for rambling on.

EDIT: or i could cut yews? Sell them and buy maples?
