Decided to do a report hope you like it

Green = Above Value
Orange = Same as Value
Red = Below Value

Habbox Value: 1.2cs
1.5cs each - seen x4
1.0cs - seen once
The throne sofa is slowly rising however some people will rather pay lower for it to obtain a good profit. I believe in the future the throne sofa will rise steadily back to its original value of 1.5cs.

Habbox Value: 1.0cs

0.8cs - seen once
The Ice cream machine is a rare which people don't want to pay too much for. Although, some people will sell lower if they are desperate.


Habbox Value: 4.2cs

The Birdbaths are normally sold in bulk and are popular in casinos for decoration. Traders are willing to pay a little less because of the larger scale of trading.


Habbox Value: 1.2cs
1.0 each seen x25
The white pillow is a popular item for casinos and sold in bulk. This rare is decreasing because of traders wanting to sell less as no one will buy high.

2cs seen x1
The blue laser gate is popular in casinos as well. It is used in many places and people are more willing to buy a lot more above its value for it.

Great first report, probably the best I've commented on so far. Just a couple of layout things, 'cause some comments are in default colour and some in black. Minor stuff only. However, your White Pillow value has no unit, I'd like to see a bit more consistency.

Accurate values, fair comments, overall a good first report.
