What is better Bigger damage or the small hp regen?

for those hard quests id say small hp regain, other than that Dharoks for pwning peeps at Duel arena

I got guthan in the end thought it would be better to get guthan and get my slayer up then with the money i make i could always buy dharok a little later when i have spare money i could buy dharok now but id be left with a few 100k and id prefer to have 2+ mil just in case i need it

Guthans for the simple reason that it is the best armour in the game imo. [not for stats, for effect]
