Right, Okay then. We'll see what Caleb has to say for himself when he gets back.If you mean he has a file on his website which does the same job as just posting the logout link then basically I imagine he has a htaccess file on his server which points an image to a php file which then sends the image file to the Habbo URL. Doing it like this fools you (and vBulletin/your browser) into thinking it is a valid image until you load the image manually (or when your browser tries to load the image).![]()
Yeah, that's the best thing to do. Although, MAD already knows about the image, so it'll be tough for him to say it doesn't exist![]()
He posted it for SOM.

If you're talking to me, I know, that's why I'm talking about C#.PHP isn't really programming, it's more scripting / coding.
I think it might of just been easier to contact the owners but this has certainly stopped the problem so I see why hxf did it.
This is really putting me off these amateur image uploading sites, like HotelUser frequently says, he doesn't know how long his images will be there, with Imageshack you can guarantee they'll be there for years but these smaller one's just come and go, a promise is nothing. My priority when uploading an image is not things like user registration but that the image will be up there for a long time with no down time. And with owners mucking around like this it really is another good reason to stick with the big image hosters.
Why didn't you just remove the URL from his signature and contact him about it?
Or just filter www.**************/sig.gif then contact it about it?
That would have been the easiest thing to do
Yeah, they could've erm... Well there's loose filter and strict filter isn't there... I may be thinking another forum software but that could've been done without obstructing all images.
I think blocking TehUpload completely was the safest first option and then MAD should contact Caleb. He shouldn't leave the site unfiltered before he's contacted him as the other images could potentially harm forum users.
