Hey, Dom is back, giving you reports

Below I have just posted a couple of reports, just for you

Key:

Red - Not seen many times.
Green - Value that looks strongest.
Blue - Habbox Price.

Petal Patch:

3.5hc - 1 time.
3hc - 4 times.
Habbox Price - 3hc.

People like to pay the average of 3hc. I think this is because 2.5hc seems to little, as they are such a popular patch. How 3.5hc is for most to steep, so people dont like to buy. This is why I think the traders is trade rooms like Trade City are selling there petals at the price of 3hc.

Throne Sofa:

1hc - 2 times.
1.2hc - 2 times.
1.25hc - 3 times.
Habbox Price - 1.2hc.

Many people that need throne sofas, are starting to buy 4 per 5hc. Although some are trying to buy at 1hc, more trades are finishing, when the deal is at 1.25hc.

Butler:

4hc - 1 time.
4.5hc - 1 time.
5hc - 1 time.
Habbox Price - 4.5hc.

I think the butler is at such an unstable value as not many get sold around shops, which obviously makes a rare value, very unstable as no one really knows what to pay for one! I was offered a butler for my 2 petals, I didnt go through with the trade but that shows the truth of the butler! I have highlighted the 4.5hc as that is the average of the values, and is also habbox's value!

Thanks very much to both of you for the feedback, and I'm glad I am doing it correctly! Havent posted a report since about june 07!

I was a trialist when Immenseman was boss, but sadly had to go as I was a 'bad' boy Behaviour has imporved though

BTW guys I would look for values in other parts of rares, but the trading part of rares except normal rares seems to be quite down at the moment!
