If World of Warcraft was intended to be strictly an RP game, they would not have dedicated servers for RP'ers like they do. Instead, they have various server types to accomidate your type of game play. RP for those who swear they are the ******* son of Illidan, PvP/Normal for those who just want to play the game.

To me your post doesn't make any sense... of course it isn't strictly an RP game, but there is still some RP in it, hence RP servers. And proper RPers don't say they're stuff like Illidan's son.

It has always been a MMORPG.. And the whole idea is that WoW is not strict to anything. On dedicated Role-Playing realms you do not have to role play. All that you have to do is follow rules on the RP realms that are intended not to spoil other people RP. Eg.
You should not speak "Out-Of-Character" in 'Say' (/s) or 'Yell' (/y) as these are classed as In-Character channels.
And the name policy. You can't have names like; "Uberman" .. Or something like that or you will receive an email forcing you to change your name to a RP respectable name.

You blatently havn't played on a Role-Playing realm, so you can't back up your answers well (or you have, but have been completely oblivious to what's been going on). In RP people who are "Prince of the sun" or rubbish like that are flamed, bad. Some people are awful and do it, but they will be a level 2 alt (lvls so matter in rp lol).

And your post here hasn't linked well with your others at all.

Basically what Crimson said. RP realms really aren't as bad as people think. "Omg lulz ur all freks who think ur a character lololo." No, we just want to get away from people like you, and most RP realms don't have as many kiddies. It's an MMORPG - It's massively multiplay and online and its a role playing game. If you don't get that.. well I don't know what to say to you. What do you think your doing when your playing your character on WoW? Your taking the role and are responsbile for his actions that's classified as Role playing, you've got the concept of RP servers and RPG games mixed.

They include different server types for different types of people but on ALL servers its an MMORPG it doesn't turn into an "MMO" whatever that would be... (thats only half of a description) just because its a PvP server doesn't mean its still not a RPG.
