The community is dull now. If you go in the help centres they're conjoined with radio sites like that HFFM and all the people are called something like -Leslie. Either that or people like visa who are as annoying as they look.

I've met tons of people who have absolutely fantastic personalities.
But I totally agree with you, Sleuthing.
I mean in the way where you would meet them, then you'd start talking then you'd know them 8 months later.
I think its quite hard to make friends on Habbo since everyones so greedy/ cant take jokes

    (Like robbing a e-tescos)
I mean ***. Its only a online store

I agree, maybe it was because I was younger. I also agree with you Virgin Mary.

I think 2003-2005 was a good era. I don't like Habbo now because:

    • There's more younger players now (many users under 11 or 12) and I don't think they should be playing. For one, the online play in many cases isn't appropiate for you (I wouldn't want my younger sister on Habbo because of this), and I'm not saying all Habbo users under 12 are immiture, but many younger players are immiture.
    • Habbo staff removed the Hobba team, which was a mistake, because I can't express how poorly the moderation team now works. MOD-Extreme came into the HxHD a bit more than a month ago to ban a scripter and I asked him why it took 4 times asking him to come(and yes, I was polite in the message), and he just told me that scripting wasn't a high priority any more. Reduculous in my opinion. After that he and I argued for at least five minutes before he heft. Moderation staff argue with users now?
    • There's too many badges. Getting a badge was a special thing years ago, now everyone has a variety of badges, ununique.
    • Changing your account password or appearance within the Habbo client was much better than having to open an additional window or tab.
    • They actually renamed the game from "Habbo Hotel" to just "Habbo...why!?
    • UK Habbo has removed all ways of Canadians to purchase credits, besides money order. If I want credits, I'm sending it over sea.
    • This new Habbo welcoming/helping thing is the worst idea ever. Did Habbo ever concitter helpers would ask for beginner's password, wait for them to do something like purchase HC, then scam them? I've seen that happen MANY times now.

There's two things I prefer about the newer Habbo, battle ball is free, and there's a great deal of new items out. Having said that, Habbo never keeps these new items out long enough.
I'm not crazy, ask my toaster.

For me personally, it is loading a room in under 30 seconds (from Australia), and the furniture loading BAM, instead of now, loading a room in 30 seconds,go in, can't walk anywhere because there are stupid "This furniture is loading..." boxes everywhere :@

And, i agree a lot with the above post.

They were the most entertaining, but far from the best, there were easy hacks/risk of your account/people had just bagun habbo so I guess thats why it was great because scamming wasn't everything then, tbh from then to here, its changed alot and whole lot better.

I agree with the thread title on about ''same personalities'' like there would be the ''Gay but not gay/dating habbo but not dating habbo guy'' then you would meet the ''Geek of Habbo who seems to make everyone feel like a box'' then you'd meet the ''Habbo who wins everyone'' and final of, the noobish HC's who are ''Proud'' to be HC and discriminate those without HC :S What I laugh at, even tho being a HC myself.

Remember, if you don't like Habbo, don't play it. Habbo isn't for living, its for enjoying. Don't like someone on Habbo? Get out of there way because your either gonna embarris yourself or waste your own time.
Did you even play back then?

I have nothing against the actual changes habbo make to the rooms or navigator or w/e, but it did annoy me when they made everything website based rather than client based.
I also find myself hating many users I see. Seriously, hating them. But still, nothings ever going to get done about what we think and that's the truth imo.
