My second report this week for you, I would post some in other places, but not many furni's are selling!

Key:

Red - Least Seen Value.
Green - Most Seen Value.
Blue - Habbox Price.
Pink - Average Price.
White - Comments.
Bold, Underlined, White - Furni Name.

DJ-Deck:

3.5hc - 2 times.
3.0hc - 1 time.
Habbox Price - 3.5hc.
Average Price - 3.33333hc

The DJ-Deck, is often used to decorate casinos, and therefore is often in high demand. Casino owners are willing to pay that little bit more, but try to pull of the deal.

Unholy Patch:

1.5hc - 28 times (Seen whole floor sell.)
1.25hc - 28 times (Another floor sold by same shop.)
Habbox Price - 1.5hc.
Average Price - 1.375hc.

The Unholy patch, is not normally a very popular item of furni. However I think some people are thinking of Halloween, and are trynig to get there patches cheap, so they can sell them for more in 2 months time.

HC Sofa/Credits:

14 credits - Seen 5 times.
15 credits - Seen 2 times.
13 credits - Seen 1 time.
16 credits - Seen 1 time.
Habbox Price - N/A.
Average Price - 13.2222222hc.

The HC Sofa value in credits is quite interesting. Unlike many other rares, it's value changes everytime someone sells a hc. HC Sofas, are always in high demand so people try to push there prices to a max, but as so many people own them, the buyer could just say 'I'll buy it somewheere else then.'

P.S. The 10 credit coin on habbo has no value under it. Making it impossible to get the habbox price.

Just a bit of calculation error for the Club Sofa there, I think. 5*14 is 70, 2*15 is 30, those together give 100, add 13 and 16 to that and you get 129. 129 divided by 9 (total amount of times seen) gives 14.3 (14 and a third). Just some layout there, it'd be easier to see the Credit values if they were in order, but it's not that big.

Other than those above, the values seem accurate and I like your opinions. Unlike others, they don't just state the obvious, which is something that wastes time to read. Nice report overall, hope to be seeing more from you in the near future.

Yeh I realised my mistake, I did it in my head quite quickly

I was in a hurry so I didnt put them in order, but in the VERY near future I will have a credit report, which should hopefully be quite a lot of sightings!
