Hmm, I don't see how it's going to fail.

Nivade was created for my friends to use and a few other people, not for people who can't code to critisize on my work and fail at everything.

I'd personally like to see you do better, Nivade has "catered" to the audiance I selected and has not failed. I'm not trying to be the next bedroom business man, I made Nivade too boost my coding skills and a chat website for friends.

And I can say that it has boosted my skills a fair lot.
