    Default What to do?

So i was saving for a laptop, got enough money, then just before i brought laptop mum said i have to put all my money away to save up :/
Now, i've got £150 i get paid this week, then i go back to about 90 quid a week now im in school.
So my laptop was out the window because i have to give my mum 50 quid a week too! GAH.
Well then i saw apple do consumer loans where you pay about £40 a month for about two years and you end up paying 60/70 pound more, but you can do it in installments, perfect? So i applied for that, and submited order, once you submit the order, terms and conditions came up,
one was i had to be 18.
I'm only 16, what can happen now, because i tried to cancel order and it said i cant cancel it online i need to go to an apple store, but i cant go because i work pretty much everyday and with school.
Mum and dad aren't knowling about the laptop too because they wont let me take it into school because they dont trust me, gah

would they even check to see if i am 18?

    Probably not.

The only reason they say that is because if your under 18, your parents/carers are liable for any financial trouble you get in (IE, they have to pay it back)

just tell them to *Removed*, your a working aman and cant get to them.,

I'm guessing they could ask your bank? Since your going to pay it from some sort of bank account I'm guessing. Unless it can be paid otherways, if not then I think you should be ok. Good luck to you.

Should be fine, If they're being paid by Direct Debit, they're happy.

Yeah im paying by direct debit.
most people i have spoke to now said it's fine, and if anything goes wrong with the laptop, the contract wont be legally binded though so i won't get stuff back etc. so yeah,
but im pretty good with things ive brought myself. :]
