Yeah, he shouldn't have said what he said but realistically you don't really know what he's going through in his life and it coulda just been a ****** up time for him. Get him fired to be honest, I work in a place where we phone people up and do surveys, if somebody swears at you then you should never retaliate, just say something like "Sorry to have bothered you" and hang up.

Him doing that gives the company a bad reputation and they shouldn't be racist.
