You MIGHT get in trouble for swearing as he could say you were being abusive. But he would lose his job. Report him if he was racist. But I feel sorryu for them as its their job and hardly anyone listens to them. Most people just hang up so it must get frustrating.

I did ring up ofcom today, and they said they can't find the number but if I rang up the local police station they can, and then I would have to make a statement etc etc, and tbh I'm not going to go do that I mean hopefully the company will hear the call and fire him. I'm angry about what he said, but I aint going out of my way for the situation. Thanks for all your help
