its not illegal, lol, u have things called trading blocs where groups organise this to stop themselves getting ripped of. this all happened after NAFTA (north american free trade agreement) which was followed by the EU. The main reason is for the african trading blocs, most of the time, LEDCs are forced to sell cheap to MEDCs, but in the trading bloc they agree not to sell for cheap so the MEDCs are forced to pay the right price. duh

It is illegal, if you price fix.

Asda, Sainburys and Tesco, got fined millions for it a few months ago, for fixing milk - They claimed it was to help farmers.

Its like the patches, I know in a few years time when everyone has forgotten and/or if A new manager comes or bucho takes over and he wasnt aware of the fact they wouldnt be re-released, then theyd probably release them
or make cheap copies like the tiki sand which looks awful
