Websites with "r" instead of "er" at the end. Is it just me or do they just seem "trendier" than their counter parts. For example Flickr is trendier than PhotoBucket and Tumblr is trendier than Blogger.

Things which make things dumb, by that I mean taking an original idea and making it so simple and well thought out that people can't help but use it. Aiming this at Tumblr as no one has bothered to look again at the world of blogging, places like Wordpress, Typepad, Blogger and whoever else you care to mention has over complicated blogging. I enjoy seeing people coming in and putting an end to pointless input boxes.
