also got piplup and infernape oh and dialga in the last 2 days
i have now very nearly fully completed the dex

Nah, I don't think it is, apparently DLC for it is free or costs very little (apart from if they release more levels), the fact it has over 20 playable characters and loads of replayability, it's not bad for that price ($15).
