What you're saying makes sense, but surely if you want anyone good (i.e. experienced) to apply to the site, you should show that your standards are high too. Doing that would, surely, motivate people to apply? Oh, and as well as that, maybe running the page through a Grammar Checker might be a good idea too.

I REALLY don't have the energy to turn this into a arguement, so if that's where you want this to go, please don't.
And, I wasn't basing your so called inability to "care" on your few posts and the maintenance page, you seem to be a bit laid back around your site in general if you look at the "Recent posts by DJ-AD!" part of your user profile.
