Good on you and stick with it , alot of refs quitting nowadays due to violence towards them.

I work at a local cheese factory processing the cheese, the cheese then gets put into the cheese machine and gets cheese'd up ready to be sold as cheese on the cheese isle of Asda.

Doubt you're a ref, you're like, 13? You can't legally get payed that I don't think.

Yeah an older friend was in year 11 when he was a referee. he liked the pay too but I can't remember why he quit. It was either 'only bit of fun. not last forever', 'too much violence' or 'can't be bothered anymore.' I think it was the violence anyway...
