Eh true that. Maybe I should rephrase it: What other people think of a person doesn't affect whether they will be hired for a job, whether they have the skills does. People can be hired on the proviso that they tone down any argumentative nature they may have, obviously if they choose to ignore it they won't be sticking around for too much longer.
