yeh so if it happened to you before & it was so hurrendous why did you do something that would result in it happening again? couldn't have been too bad. Really, chained up while doing exercise? i don't think so. However, there is no advice that can be given, if you did something that would get you into there then yeah, you deserve it.. good luck?
