When the rule was first introduced (I can't remember whether it was when I was away or before I came MM, either way I wasn't there) I always took the line that it goes against common sense and judgement. I have actually put it to forum management that it be revised to leave it to the moderators' discretion, we shall wait and seeEven if a bump is 6 months on if the post is still valid then I would hope it would be left to runIts not that long ago mods might have been pulled up for not closing a thread bumped after 10 days but I think there has been some common sense allowed recently which is very good for the running of the forum and the moderation team :eusa_clap :8
I do indeed, but I'm extremely fortunate to have such a hard working team of moderators behind me![]()
There is no set time. It depends on the topic and the post added to discussion. Not all threads have a set time line so that rule should probably be edited to make it fair for all threads, by saying it varies on the thread and the information added in a new post.
I've not seen any problems with bumped threads past this time limit though, so the Moderation Team must be doing a good job![]()

It should be like 15 days instead.

yeah there should be conditions my pokemon platinum thread for instance it stopped 25th i posted around the 8th saying about all the updates
and that got closed due to "bumping"
although it was perfectly reasonable
