Full rune, rune scimi, rune kite

Membz armor:

Get torso, verac skirt (when your 70 def), whip (when you have 70 attk), a shield that i can't think of or if not get rune plate, d legs, or torso and d legs look good.

Im open to suggestions though. Im buying members soon and intend on getting d-axe for wc.
How much is d-baxe? I love my rune b-axe and would love to play with a Drag one.
