I was bored, and decided to code the layout I released for free (uncoded) a few days ago.

It's coded in DIVs and CSS.

Sorry if this doesn't seem constructive - but the background really doesn't go, if it took 100% it would look half decent.

Agreed. Anybody can create/change a background, even people with no HTML knowagle, it's just simple. :/
