I doubt they're used to a lot of things in Eastenders seeing as it dramatises the more depressing aspects of life.

You will be surpized that complaints like this are usual. I know for a fact emerdale is reported quite oftem to ofcom for sex/nudity. So really this is the same as most complaints.
If you have a look on ofcom you will be able to see all the complints ect and what they have done about them and if the broadcaster has co operated ect.
