With the thread title, probably a bit. I dont really know him and the way he moderated, and people have probably complained about him hence its obvious to you.

Anyway it had like... 3 warnings and an infraction in the space of 15mins from SlowPoke

There could be many reasons why a mod has not been promoted. Managemnt for some reason dont want to promote him and thats fair enough they may know something you dont behind the scenes ect.

You never know he could be promoted just because he hasent been yet doesent mean that they wont.

By the way everybody saying how crap of a mod he is harry is accually a very good mod and is good at his job. If you have any issues regarding infractions ect please post in the report your infractions thread or even PM me or a fellow smod and we will try to help.
