Yes, GH4 will have a red wifi logo (on wii boxes) although, i think this is because of the DLC for wii - think i mright? or will you have to pay to play someone on the web.

No, it is only for DLC.
Samba de Amigo had a red wifi logo as well and that is for downloadable content. I don't believe any games have been announced that will take advantage of pay-to-play.
