    Default When I eat..

This is probably a bit weird, but when I eat I tend to cough afterwards as if I was about to be sick. I have no idea why I do it, but if I don't I really feel ill and as if I will actually be sick.

Anyone know what could be causing this? I've done it for years now, but its only recently when its become quite bad and embarrassing when I go out for a meal and seem as if im choking.
I have a balanced diet, and the odd treat so I can't see what the problem is.
I just thought I'd ask around here and see if I had any ideas before I went to the doctors and perhaps make a fool out of myself haha.

Thanks for anything useful in advance!

I have this, go to your GP, tell him what wrong. He will lay you down and check your stomach ect, then he should supply you "anti sickness pills" They are are good. and it worked, the only time i get sick is when i dont take the tablet for like a week.

    Try it

Hmm, the way you say it makes you feel like you're going to be sick makes me think it could be to do with your gag reflex, idk tho. Some foods definately have that affect that can linger on afterwards, oat biscuits specifially, but ye if it's happening all the time and it's bothering you I'd say GP.
