Nnoitra said in the manga that she used to be 3rd, but she wouldn't be now because all of the espada, including him, had gotten stronger. But Nel still totally OWNED him and was about to destroy him just before she turned back into a child. So neh Nel definitely deserves to be the 3rd espada.

Nah, it won't be subbed until morning. I watched most of the raw while I was eating dinner and over half of it is recap of Ichigo vs Ulquiorra and Ichigo vs Grimmjow.

ONCE IS STARTS PROPER THOUGH ITS HOLY **** AWESOME, ESPECIALLY WHEN NNOITRA THROWS HIS SWORD AXE WAHTEVER IT IS AT GRIMMJOW!
