Why the sudden attitude to get rid of a completely healthy discussion  To some, Habbo isn't what it used to be, while to others (like you I'm guessing) are just living with it. I'm one of the ones that prefered Habbo when it was smaller and pretty much a huge community. Something interesting was always happening and you could relate in some way to the Habbo Staff through interesting articles like the HabboHood Happenings. Now when a new staff member is hired, you either don't here about it, or really don't have a reason to care :/ Of course, Habbo has grown so it's not as small and quiet as it used to be, but I don't see why they cut out the HabboHood Happenings and made new staff members and events less interesting. I prefered it when the staff played huge roles, even if you don't take part, they were interesting to read.

I think the main reason most people didn't "like" Callie, is because a few groups of people during 2005 had some things against her. Random new-comers saw all this going on, and decided they would start to hate her too. That is the main reason in MY opinion why is looks as if so many people hate here. People on Habbo follow each other like sheep, if one high-up well known person, half the game will follow their steps.

As I've learnt on another online game, simply stopping playing is NOT the answer. Things change if a lot of people agree to one thing, and if you have a good enough reason and story to change something, who's to say it won't change publicly. The flip side to this is that "it's Habbo, they don't go lightly". Well that's for another thread...

My main opinion on this subject is that Habbo changed and went downhill
when Habbo homes and groups came in to the picture. Habbo was seriously WAY better when you logged in to the main game on the client, and did everything actually on the pop-up page.

All the recent major events seem to be giving badges as prizes, or rooms where Bucho and LW visit and give out these badges randomly.

Habbo need to STOP the favortism and choosing their members. It almost looks as if some members get the badges so they can continue their tradition of getting "every one".
Habbo also need to come out with a few new furniture items which are released for 10 minutes or so during the night. I miss these rare items, and I think to keep the Habbo economy intact, we need some more furniture like Petal Patches and HCs. EVERYONE wants them, we need more to balance things out. Solution - Why not give these types as furniture as prizes for DIFFERENT competitions.

Come on Habbo.. most of your long-term players are getting fed up. It's clear, and it's also clear we're giving ideas. Continue the surveys, and LISTEN.

Habbo was better before in 2004. Fun competitions, Habbo Staff were more active on to hotel, badges were rare so it was special to get one, not its like "You have a badge .. big deal?"

    Jibbi was good

I say Habbo just needs a big clearup.
Fix bugs, errors that have been around for years and not be so sensitive to perm 'ban' people for 'licking' habbo furni.

I like your answer to my demand of a reason and the sudden attiude, so I apologise to those who enjoy habbo and at the same to help make it a better community, I was just annoyed people are actually taking the time and effort to put down a staff member whos basically making a living from what he does.

I rarely use Habbo Hotel now but from what I've been able to make out recently, this Bucho6 lacks the skills to hold such a position. His competitions usually involve written essays or asking for ideas.

I, for one, miss the golden Habbo Hotel layout as it was more user friendly.

Habbo changed after V9. The atmosphere and the commuity seemed different.

I preffered Habbo when it was CMS, normal console, general hairs, non-widescreen etc. Just teh normal CMS but with all the old Habbo features.

Now its just childish. Its aiming at people younger than its actual audience. Theres no going back for Habbo, as the updates are already here. My opinion, Habbo is crap.

I reckon they're running out of ideas. It wouldn't be mainly Lost_Witness's fault, it would be more at the office, but I have never played the hotel, or even check out the homepage while Lost Witness is Hotel Manager. I liked Jibbi and Callie personally.

They need to bring out a fresh, new idea and get the popularitythat they once had back.

    - Josh
"If only, if only", the woodpecker sighs,
The bark on the trees were as soft as the skies.
While the wolf waits below, hungry and lonely,
    Crying to the moo-oon,
    "If only, if only."
