Netgear WG602; Cannot access Web Control Panel.

Actually I've figured out the NETGEAR1 network I found is not mine. Defo.
I can now see my WAP and connect to it and can see my Router and connect to it, but I still can't access Web CP for the WAP (can for the Router).

Things I've tried:
Connecting Mac to WAP direct via Ethernet. (w & w/o DHCP)
Connecting Mac to WAP direct via Crossover Ethernet. (w & w/o DHCP)
Connecting to WAP CP via Ethernet desktop. (w & w/o DHCP)
Accessing CP via AirPort connected to WAP. (w & w/o DHCP)
Plugged both into Network Switch and connected to WAP. (w & w/o DHCP)
Resetting WAP.
None of which worked.

Try 192.168.0.1 with Ethernet in.

Every brand has different default gateways.

i.e. belkins usually 192.168.2.1 or 1.1

and on the ifconfig it states his, also have you got any other computers in the house, as on wireless it sometimes doesn't let me access the gateway but after a reset it does (reset via 192.168... on another computer)

I'm not quite sure what you mean?

I have a iPod touch which is always connected and does so automatically.

My brand of WAP is Netgear. Model is WG602. Revision number is v3.

Do you mean me go to a Ethernet computer and try accessing the WAP? As my Mac is currently connected via Ethernet itself because I prefer the speed. (I have a network switch to split the signals.) But even if I connect via the Mac's built in WiFi I can't control it.

I'd suggest going on a real computer and checking via that going to cmd and ipconfig then it'll have default gateway: 192.168.x.x and try and access it via that.
