It's not all about hits, you need to considors things like active users, posts/threads per day, money made from vip and ads, how much the servers cost and so on.

Habbox is worth over a grand due to the fact V.I.P is so popular and can be profitable, its also very popular not just in the UK, but $23000 is just being stupid.
