all they did was add a few new badges and a few fixes.
That just makes an update, not a version.

Actually alot of the update (and the reason it was taking so long) was more internal.

They patched alot of stuff, they fixed encryption (again, and apparently forever), they changed alot of other ways scripters exploit habbo.
