Free NON-Habbo Layout!

As part of IzCool projects, we also offer to give everyone a free layout considering if it's an habbo or an non-habbo layout.
This is an layout which RyanDOT brought off for his first radio site, and does not want this layout no-more.

The layout includes the following:

Colour Changer (Blue + Pink) (Change by clicking on Pink image, then change back via clicking on Home)
Collapse Headers (Read the alert, can click on Radio Statistics & Top Stories)
