    Uh, I'm with "Telefonica", the main Spanish ISP and phone company. My current speed is like 3mb but it's soon to be 6mb for 1 euro extra a month. Anyway, I download a lot and it has never been limited so it's good I suppose.

    I was under the impression that regardless of over exceeding plans, the ISP would restrict users.

    Good as always to be honest, BT Internet, peak time, paying for 8mb. This month, so far, I must of downloaded atleast 80GB, and uploaded almost as much.

    And the Japanese will soon (or have) got there 1gbps internet. I barely make 500kb/s when downloading.

    I would phone up and tell them what you think :/ Limiting the usage of your internet is a bit... backwards. It's 2008, we're meant to be technologically advancing, not limiting!
