I got limited the other day for downloading to many demos on my PS3 lol.

Lol i got 9.9MB but during peek times (6-10pm or something) i get about 9.4MB

It happens alot to me, when I download too much I get put down from 8mbs to 2mbs, and when I do both uploading and downloading at the same time I get put down to 1mbs >.<
