If I was gonna text her at all (which I prob wouldn't if it was just a dance and she didn't even know my name..) I'd open with "Hi it's [your name] from last night" and then all the how was your night how are you etc, 'cause then she'll at least know who you are and it won't be awkward with "who the hell are you?" coming back to you
