1. The hosts will need proof of the ownership, how exactly are habbox going to prove that? a PDF? That still isn't good enough.
2. The hosts will just laugh at you and carry on because they wouldn't loose a customer over a banner and background, so they will just "forget" the complaint.
3. The complaint will be in English, therefore the hosting company has a right to just delete the complaint without evening reading if the host is Italian.

Don't know about you mate but I have had enough sites closed for similar things for Habbox in the past. So don't knock it until you have attempted it, anyway as this issue is now resolved with the owner of habbox.it (who seemed more than happy to comply) and to prevent this thread from turning into what you can and can't do on the internet.
