Default My laptop is now saying there is no operating software?

Yeah basically I was sizing my ram and hardrive up on my old laptop which is still a decent one, and I removed them both, the ram was 512mb x2, and the hardrive is about 70gb. Now I put them back in correctly and then when I turn my computer it says Intel Boot agent
    Then
PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
PXE M0F: Exiting Intel Boot Agent
    Operation System not found

    What's going on

Back up your hard-drive and reinstall windows or use a system restore disk to repair?

apparantly I should try removing the hardrive and put it back in again, all I did was remove it and insert it again. Yeah If that doesnt work I'm going to find the system reboot or restart whatever its called disk.

You probably didn't put the HDD back in properly. Take it out and try again.

I think he means he replaced them with more capacity versions. In that case, you need to install it again

I think he just took them out cos he doesn't say he replaced anything.

If you did, check the ram, cos it might not be right for your laptop.
