Windmill would be more Holland, and they have alread had a clog.

Is "Collectable" a new name for what I always knew as a "Rare"? Looking at the collectables page on the Habbo site, they seem a lot more original than the rubbish they used to spray-paint when I used to play!

No to some sense they're different.
1) Garantued once a month ONLY
2) Won't be recolours (which doesn't help for some things)
3) They suck and I can never use them in rooms
