I don't question that they work for youmeo, however, I do question that they are actually fully-employed full-time staff at youmeo and not freelance finance/coders respectively. Either way, it's probably my mis-understanding in the first place however I don't think so.

I don't see why people are being so up tight that you don't hear much from the directors, you rarely hear from directors of websites due to the fact they're mostly behind the scenes doing the bits that may never cross your mind or vision. Where as people such as Calum, Adam, Simon and myself are always in the office as we need to be to develop designs and structures.

All staff on the staff page are full time but that doesn't mean they are in the office 24/7. For example Sree is full time but is based in India, that doesn't make him any less of a staff member.

How have you been mislead? All their official titles/roles are listed below them on the staff page, I don't see how in anyway they can be considered misleading :S
