There's ways you can get around it, obviously it doesn't matter much in the spam section anyway. But I'll let you figure it out , it's better this way anyway I guess, if too many figured out how to get past the character limit there wouldn't be much point in having it .

In response the the post above, the character limit is a global vBulletin setting and cannot be set per forum.

i know theres ways around it, i know myself how to. Which i can tellyou how if need be mr.matt . But there shouldnt be D: its nothing really huge, just a small annoyance really

He was referring to replies more in the spam forum though, rather than general forum posting.

In the spam forum just add a few dots, its a vBulletin default and for the most part it shows users that they shouldn't be posting things that short. More experienced members know when its appropriate.
